This page explains how information submitted through the Fridge Bridge compatibility check is used during prototype and demand validation.

What we collect

The form may collect your email address, fridge make and model, your selected use case (repair, extra shelf or both), description of the failure or proposed shelf area, shelf-source information, purchase-intent and price answers, referral/UTM information and an optional photo you choose to upload.

Why we collect it

We use submissions to understand real fridge-support failures and extra-shelf needs, measure demand, improve product compatibility, prioritise engineering tests and contact people who have asked to hear about prototype testing or launch updates.

AI-assisted analysis

We may use AI tools to group or summarise submissions so we can identify recurring makes, models, failure types, extra-shelf needs and customer priorities. AI output is treated as research assistance only. Final product compatibility and safety decisions are based on engineering evidence and human review.

Photos

Please avoid uploading photos that contain people or unnecessary personal information. Photos are intended to show the fridge, shelf, damaged mounting area or the clear area where an additional shelf is being considered.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored through the website hosting provider used by Fridge Bridge. Access is limited to people working on product validation. Information should be kept only for as long as it remains useful for product research, compatibility evidence or legitimate follow-up.

Your choices

You can choose not to upload a photo. If you want a submission corrected or deleted, use the compatibility form and write Privacy request in the description, together with the email address used for the original submission.

Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, medical information or other sensitive personal information through the compatibility form.
